CTD : UNE STRUCTURE DE RÉFÉRENCE SOUS RÉGIONALE A L’HORIZON 2022
J’ai le plaisir et très respectueusement, de vous renouveler mes engagements envers le Centre
Talibou Dabo et de saisir l’opportunité d’une volonté politique manifeste des plus hautes autorités
en l’occurrence Monsieur le Président de la République, Macky Sall et le Ministre de la Santé et de
l’Action sociale M. Abdoulaye Diouf Sarr, de faire du Centre une référence en matière de prise en charge médicale et éducative des enfants handicapés moteurs et de personnes vivant avec un handicap.
Depuis mon arrivée à la Direction du Centre le 26 juin 2019, je continue d’œuvrer de manière inclusive avec toutes les parties prenantes : personnels (administratif, médical et enseignant) , parents d’élèves et partenaires sociaux afin de
favoriser l’atteinte de la performance.
A l’heure où je vous adresse ce message, nous sommes engagés résolument dans la maîtrise et la
mise en œuvre efficace de notre Plan Stratégique de Développement (PSD) à travers les axes stratégiques
que sont :
- Le pilotage, la coordination et la gestion administrative
- Le développement du capital humain
- La modernisation des infrastructures et du matériel
- Le développement des paquets de services
Un plan de financement et de partenariat est à pied d’œuvre pour nous permettre de disposer des
ressources nécessaires pour la mise en œuvre du PSD dont le chemin parcouru et les résultats engrangés seront mesurés à chaque étape grâce à un mécanisme de « suivi-évaluation ».
Je voudrais saluer à sa juste valeur l’appui et l’accompagnement de la tutelle, le soutien sans faille des partenaires techniques et financiers ainsi que l’engagement du personnel du Centre Talibou Dabo .
Mes sincères remerciements et félicitations aux uns et aux autres .
Ensemble, engageons-nous à faire de Talibou Dabo une structure de référence dans la sous-région en matière
de soins médicaux, de rééducation, de réadaptation et d’éducation pour une prise en charge globale
de l’enfant handicapé moteur, à l’horizon 2022.

We are particularly pleased to welcome you to our institutional website which has been completely redesigned and enriched to enter into a relationship of perpetual and constructive exchange with you.
Its content has been developed to highlight the activities of the Center, its needs, and its objectives.
We hope to make our institutional site a link and a way to keep you informed of our activities and scheduled events.
Thanks to an asserted political will of the highest authorities in the persons of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Senegal, Mr. Macky SALL and the Minister of Health and Social Action Mr. Abdoulaye Diouf Sarr, we are inexorably committed to making the Talibou Dabo Center, a benchmark at the sub-regional level in terms of medical care, rehabilitation, rehabilitation and education for the comprehensive care of children with motor disabilities, by 2022
For the past year at the head of the institution, I have continued to work in an inclusive manner with all stakeholders (administrative, medical and teaching staff, parents of students, social partners) in order to promote achievement of performance.
Presently, we are resolutely committed to mastering and effectively implementing our strategic development plan through the following axes:
- Steering, coordination and administrative management
- Human capital development
- Modernization of infrastructure and equipment
- Development of service packages
A financing and partnership plan is in place to allow us to have the resources necessary for the implementation of the Development Strategic Plan, while a “monitoring-evaluation” mechanism will measure the progress made, and the results achieved at each stage of the Plan.
We take this opportunity to thank all the partners who trust us and who are embarking on this journey with us and to cordially invite them to consolidate companionship with us in order to put a smile on the face and give hope to all children with a disability.
